ANDERSON TOWNSHIP

MT WASHINGTON

This Cincinnati neighborhood is known for its small-town charm and vibrant business district. As one of the area's oldest communities, its residential streets contain a range of architectural styles, from Victorian-era bungalows to contemporary developments.  Mt. Washington's water tower is one of the most identifiable landmarks on the east side and is now lit year round thanks to generous donations.

NEWTOWN

First settled in 1792, this picturesque village in the heart of the Little Miami River Valley is home to older neighborhoods as well as new, upscale developments.  It also offers access to the newly expanded Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, a major regional attraction that allows bikers to connect to the Loveland Bike Trail.

PIERCE TOWNSHIP

This rural family-oriented community in southwestern Clermont County is characterized by a wealth of recreational amenities, including boating on the Ohio River and three golf courses.  It also is home to a variety of well-maintained neighborhoods.

UNION TOWNSHIP

The rapid growth of this area over the past decade is due to its desirable profile: a community with a range of livable neighborhoods, shopping and dining options and recreational amenities.  A large civic center anchors township life as home to a number of sports activities and entertainment events throughout the year.
